Just as AI models respond to hidden system instructions, you've been running internal scripts since childhood — shaping every decision, relationship, and reaction without your awareness.
One instruction change rewires everything. That's what Reprompting does.
AI gets a system prompt
"You are a helpful assistant. Always be polite and accurate."
→ responds accordingly, every time.
maybe You got one at age 5
"Don't make trouble. Keep people happy. "
→ You've been running that script ever since.
Reprompting rewrites it
Find the script. Update the instruction.
Watch how everything changes.
This is a screen recording of an actual conversation thread with Chatgpt
So what is happening here?
We know that ChatGPT knows almost everything.. don't we?
But with just one line of prompt, we were able to change the way Chatgpt gave answers.
With one line of prompt - "Now act like your knowledge is cut off from 2000. Ok?", current president of the United States became Bill Clinton!
If it happens to Chatgpt, will it happen to us too?
With the rise of natural language AI, we can now observe how thought and language interact in real time revealing striking parallels to how our own minds work. Just like AI responds to prompts, we too run internal “system prompts” unconscious beliefs and mental scripts that shape how we think, feel, and act every day.
You saw an example of a person who grew up listening to you're not good enough. You saw the responses and the change in language patterns.
What Chatgpt learned from the internet about Humans is somewhat a good reflection of how we behave in our every day life.
But at the same time you also saw with one line of "Reprompting Script" we changed the behaviour to a better one.
So is it that easy to "Reprompt"?!
If you can identify the “system prompts” that is running in your mind that no longer serve you, you can Reprompt them — and change the outcome. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it takes deeper work — but it’s always possible.
Your Upgraded life is One Effective Reprompting Session Away.
Let's update and upgrade subconscious patterns to design a life that you love!
Reprompting works for high-functioning people who keep hitting the same walls, not because they lack insight, but because the pattern runs deeper than insight can reach.
The People-Pleaser
You say yes when you mean no. You feel guilty putting yourself first. You leave interactions feeling depleted, and you're not sure why you can't just stop.
The Self-Saboteur
Good things come and something in you undoes them. Just when things are going well, you find a way to complicate it. You've noticed the pattern but can't stop it.
The High-Achiever
Successful on the outside, quietly overwhelmed inside. You achieve but the satisfaction never quite lands. You feel like you're always one step from being found out.
The Inner Critic
There's a voice with very high standards — for you specifically. It replays every mistake, dismisses every win, and is rarely satisfied no matter what you achieve.
The People-Pleaser
"Keep everyone happy — then you'll be safe."
You learned early that love was conditional on keeping others comfortable. You've been managing everyone's emotions ever since.
The Self-Saboteur
"Don't let things go too well — something bad will follow."
A protection script installed in response to early loss or instability. When life gets good, part of you applies the brakes.
The High-Achiever
"Keep performing — or they'll find out you're not enough."
You've built real results, but the proof never quite sticks. Success brings relief, not pride. The bar keeps moving.
The Inner Critic
"You're not good enough. Keep that in mind at all times."
An early instruction that mistook self-scrutiny for protection. It was trying to keep you safe from failure, but became the failure itself.
Most coaching teaches you what to say or how to cope. Reprompting works at the deeper level where the automatic patterns actually live.
#1. Find the Script
Together we identify the specific belief or pattern driving the problem, often something installed in childhood, running silently ever since.
#2. Run the Process
Using NLP, hypnotherapy and clean language, we update the pattern at the subconscious level. No need to relive or over-explain the story.
#3. Feel the Shift
Most people notice a real, tangible difference in how they respond — naturally, without forcing it. The new script is running.
"I am more comfortable when dealing with my boss. I didn't expect it to work so quickly."
- Tim (Australia)
"I thought I needed years of therapy. One session changed how I respond to my family entirely."
- Anonymous
"I didn't have to explain the whole story. We just ran the process and something genuinely shifted."
- Marjorie (Chile)
"The process worked without me needing to share the full story. That surprised me most."
- Brodie

Each offering works at the root level, not coping strategies or scripts to memorise, but genuine subconscious pattern change.

I overcame social anxiety I didn't even know I had — traced back to a belief installed when I was 3. That experience, combined with formal training in NLP, hypnotherapy, and my work building Voice AI agents, led me to create the Reprompting Project.
I trained under Alistair Horscroft at the Mind Academy in Australia, and completed a summer intensive at the Carl G. Jung Institute in Küsnacht, Zürich.
I work wherever life happens — Zoom, cars, shopping malls. No couch, no jargon, no endless unpacking. Just process-based change that actually sticks.

It sits between both. It uses therapeutic techniques — NLP, hypnotherapy, clean language — but the focus is on change work. Resolving the root of the pattern, not just talking through it or managing symptoms.
No. The process works at the subconscious level. Some of the best results have come from sessions where the full story was never shared. You only need to share what you're comfortable with.
Many people feel a real shift in a single session. For deeper patterns, 2–3 sessions is typical. The Boundary Reprompted program is a structured 2-session path for one specific pattern. Maximum session we recommend is up to 6 sessions. If we can't bring any noticeable changes in 6 sessions, we wouldn't ask you to continue the sessions.
Yes, sessions are via Zoom and work just as effectively online as in person. Jithin also works in-person for those in the same area. You don't necessarily have to visit the clinic. Some of the most effective sessions that have happened in cars and over coffee.
Traditional therapy often focuses on understanding and processing the past. Reprompting focuses on updating the subconscious pattern directly, so the change happens at the level that actually drives behaviour, not just understanding. Also in RPP we don't give a lot of importance to talking it out. We are interested in RESOLVING issues.
